INTELLIGENT SYSTEM

Osmopur is designed with a processor that performs intelligent functions for its precise operation and the ability to report its status.

Several pressure sensors, quality test sensors, and operating time sensors inform the processor of the status and whether it should perform functions such as starting and stopping the equipment, performing self-cleaning of the membrane, notifying the useful life of the cartridges and the time of change thereof, etc.

And at the end with a button on the screen itself, reset the relevant cartridges so that the system notifies us at the right time.

FILTERING STAGES

PAC (CTO)

1st stage: 5 micron Sediment Filter

The sediment filter with a filtration size of 5 microns (14 times smaller than the size of a hair) consists of a high-quality polypropylene fabric. The sediment filter has a high number of open micro-pores which allows particularly effective absorption of impurities over the entire surface. Through its perfected structure it eliminates or reduces particles such as sand, silt, rust particles and any impurities in suspension from tap water.

The sediment filter is made of a material that is resistant to chemical agents and prevents the development of microorganisms.

2nd stage: Activated carbon

The CTO activated carbon filter and filtration is made of a high quality compacted activated carbon, which has a special large pore surface. The special ability of the individual granules removes chlorine particles, odors, flavors, phenol, benzene and organic contaminants from tap water. The carbon filter ensures excellent water taste.

This double filter also has a 10 micron filter mesh, to finish filtering any element before the water reaches the membrane.

MEMBRANE 600 GPD

3th stage: 600GPD membrane

The membrane is made up of a TFC (Thin Film Composite) film and is capable of removing 97% of all elements dissolved in tap water. Whether they are coliforms, bacteria, herbicides, fungicides, nitrate, nitrite, uranium, heavy metals of all kinds, drug residues, etc. The membrane is the heart of the reverse osmosis water filter, ensuring maximum purity of the resulting water. With a capacity according to standard conditions of producing 600 Gallons per day.

4th level: Post GAC Filter

This filter contains a vegetable granular activated carbon, which is obtained from carefully selected and carefully processed coconut shells. The Pos filter filters the water stored in the reserve tank and ensures a pleasant and stimulating flavor. The activated carbon filter inside is also equipped with a polypropylene mesh, so that the activated carbon grains cannot escape.
