ROTEK CONTROL – Self-Cleaning Brass Water Pre-Filter with Pressure Gauge

ROTEK CONTROL combines sediment filtration with real-time pressure monitoring in a single unit. Part of the ROTEK FILTERS water pre-filter range, it features a durable brass head, an integrated top pressure gauge and a washable 40-micron stainless steel mesh.

Installed at the main water inlet, it helps capture sand, rust, dirt, sediment and other solid particles before they circulate through the water system. At the same time, the integrated pressure gauge provides a convenient visual indication of the system pressure and makes it easier to identify changes in operating conditions.

Filtration and Pressure Monitoring in One Unit

The main difference between ROTEK CONTROL and ROTEK BASIC is the addition of an integrated top pressure gauge. As well as helping protect the water system against solid particles, CONTROL allows the water pressure to be checked directly without requiring a separate pressure gauge.

The gauge provides a useful visual reference of the system's operating pressure and can help identify pressure variations or changes in the installation's operating conditions.

Integrated Top Pressure Gauge

The pressure gauge is positioned directly above the brass filter head for convenient viewing. It provides a quick visual reference of the pressure in the water system without the need to install a separate pressure gauge.

Washable 40-Micron Stainless Steel Mesh

The internal stainless steel mesh provides a physical barrier against solid particles in the water. Its 40-micron filtration helps capture sand, rust, dirt and sediment before they reach the rest of the water installation.

Unlike filters that rely on disposable cartridges, ROTEK CONTROL features a washable and reusable stainless steel mesh, reducing the need for replacement cartridges and making routine maintenance easier.

Self-Cleaning System with Bottom Flush Valve

ROTEK CONTROL features a bottom flush valve that allows accumulated sediment to be discharged quickly and conveniently. For routine maintenance, simply open the valve and allow the water flow to flush accumulated particles from the filter.
