ROTEK FRONT – High Flow Self-Cleaning Brass Water Pre-Filter with Front Pressure Gauge

ROTEK FRONT combines sediment filtration, high flow performance and visual pressure monitoring in a single unit. Within the ROTEK FILTERS range, it is designed for installations requiring increased water flow while maintaining effective protection against sediment.

It features a durable brass head, an easy-to-read front pressure gauge and a washable 40-micron stainless steel mesh. Installed at the mains water inlet, it helps capture sand, rust, dirt, sediment and other solid particles before they circulate through the water system.

High Flow, Filtration and Pressure Monitoring

ROTEK FRONT takes performance a step further within the ROTEK FILTERS range. In addition to filtering solid particles and providing visual pressure monitoring, it offers a flow rate of up to 4,200 L/h.

This makes it particularly suitable for installations where a higher water flow capacity is required while maintaining an initial barrier against sediment and other solid particles.

Easy-to-Read Front Pressure Gauge

The pressure gauge is positioned on the front of the pre-filter for convenient viewing once installed. It allows the water pressure to be checked directly and provides a clear visual reference of the system's operating pressure.

Washable 40-Micron Stainless Steel Mesh

The internal stainless steel mesh provides a physical barrier against solid particles in the water. Its 40-micron filtration helps capture sand, rust, dirt and sediment before they reach the rest of the water installation.

The mesh is washable and reusable, reducing the need for frequent disposable filter cartridge replacements and simplifying routine maintenance.

Bottom Flushing System

ROTEK FRONT features a bottom flushing valve that allows accumulated sediment to be discharged quickly and conveniently. For routine maintenance, simply open the valve to help flush deposited particles from the pre-filter.

Helps Protect the Water System

Sand, rust and other solid particles can reach valves, heat exchangers, taps and other sensitive components. ROTEK FRONT provides an initial filtration barrier at the water inlet before these particles circulate through the rest of the installation.

Brass Head & Compact Design

The brass head provides a strong and durable construction. ROTEK FRONT combines filtration, pressure monitoring and convenient flushing in a compact unit measuring approximately 215 × 90 mm.

Designed for installation directly in the water line, it provides a flow rate of up to 4,200 L/h for domestic applications.
