ROTEK FLOW PRO represents the premium performance level within the ROTEK FILTERS range. It is designed for demanding domestic water installations requiring a combination of high water flow, sediment filtration, visual pressure monitoring and an advanced cleaning system.

Its washable 40-micron 316 stainless steel mesh helps capture sand, rust, dirt, sediment and other solid particles before they circulate through the water system. This is combined with a front pressure gauge, a maximum flow rate of 8,000 L/h and a semi-automatic centrifugal flushing system.

ROTEK FLOW PRO goes beyond a conventional water pre-filter. Its design combines sediment protection with features intended for installations requiring higher flow capacity and more advanced maintenance.

With a flow rate of up to 8,000 litres per hour, it is the highest-flow model in the ROTEK FILTERS range and is particularly suitable for mains water inlets and installations with a high water demand.

One of the key features of ROTEK FLOW PRO is its high water flow capacity. With a maximum flow rate of 8,000 L/h, it is designed for installations with greater water demand.

This makes it the highest-flow model in the ROTEK FILTERS range and a particularly suitable solution for mains water inlets, gardens, irrigation systems and other installations requiring a high water supply capacity.

Front Pressure Gauge

The front pressure gauge allows the system pressure to be checked directly once the pre-filter has been installed.

Its position makes it easy to read and provides a convenient visual reference of the water system's operating pressure.

Semi-Automatic Centrifugal Flushing

ROTEK FLOW PRO features a semi-automatic centrifugal flushing system using an upper control valve and a bottom drain.

When the bottom valve is opened and the flushing system is operated, the water flow helps sweep the filter mesh, loosening accumulated sediment and helping discharge it through the bottom outlet.

Washable 40-Micron 316 Stainless Steel Mesh

The filter mesh is manufactured from 316 stainless steel and provides 40-micron filtration, helping to capture sand, rust, dirt, sediment and other solid particles present in the water.

Because the mesh is washable and reusable, there is no need for frequent replacement of disposable filter cartridges, helping reduce consumables and simplify maintenance.

Maximum Working Pressure – 10 Bar

ROTEK FLOW PRO supports a maximum working pressure of 10 bar, providing a wide operating range for use in domestic mains water installations.

Helps Protect Sensitive Equipment

Sediment in the water can accumulate in valves, taps, heat exchangers and other sensitive components. Installed at the mains water inlet, ROTEK FLOW PRO provides an initial filtration barrier before these particles circulate through the rest of the installation.

Robust Construction & Premium Design

ROTEK FLOW PRO combines a brass head, a high-resistance transparent bowl and a 316 stainless steel filter mesh.

The transparent bowl also allows visual inspection of the inside of the pre-filter and the accumulation of sediment without dismantling the unit.

With approximate dimensions of 290 × 140 mm, the unit combines filtration, pressure monitoring and centrifugal flushing in a single compact system.

1” & 3/4” Connections

ROTEK FLOW PRO uses brass male connections for 1” or 3/4” configurations, allowing it to be integrated into common domestic mains water installations.
