ROTEK PRESSURE combines three key functions for protecting and controlling a water installation in a single unit: sediment filtration, pressure regulation and visual pressure monitoring.

Its washable 40-micron 316 stainless steel mesh helps capture sand, rust, dirt, sediment and other solid particles before they circulate through the water system. At the same time, the integrated pressure regulator allows the outlet pressure to be adjusted between 1 and 8 bar, while the pressure gauge provides an immediate visual reading.

Filtration and Pressure Regulation in One Unit

The key difference between ROTEK PRESSURE and a conventional water pre-filter is its integrated adjustable pressure regulator.

In addition to providing a first barrier against solid particles in the water, it allows the outlet pressure to be regulated and checked directly using the integrated pressure gauge.

Adjustable Pressure Regulator · 1–8 Bar

ROTEK PRESSURE features an integrated pressure regulator with an adjustable range of 1 to 8 bar (0.1–0.8 MPa), allowing the outlet pressure to be adapted to the requirements of the installation.

The regulator reduces and controls the pressure supplied downstream, helping protect pipework, valves, taps, irrigation systems, appliances and other equipment connected to the water installation.

The selected outlet pressure will always depend on the pressure available at the inlet. The regulator is designed to reduce and control pressure, not increase it.

Integrated 0–10 Bar Pressure Gauge

The integrated pressure gauge has a scale of up to 10 bar, providing a visual pressure reading while adjusting the regulator and during normal operation.

Pressure regulation and monitoring are therefore incorporated into the same unit, making both initial adjustment and subsequent checks straightforward.

Washable 40-Micron 316 Stainless Steel Mesh

The filtration system uses a 40-micron 316 stainless steel mesh designed to help capture solid particles such as sand, rust, dirt and sediment present in the water.

The mesh is washable and reusable, reducing the need for frequent replacement of disposable filter cartridges.

Easy Cleaning with Bottom Flushing Valve

Captured sediment can gradually accumulate in the lower section of the pre-filter. To simplify maintenance, ROTEK PRESSURE features a bottom flushing valve.

When sediment has accumulated, a suitable container can be placed beneath the outlet and the bottom valve opened to help discharge water and accumulated sediment.

The stainless steel filter mesh can also be cleaned when required to help maintain correct operation of the system.

Helps Protect the Water Installation

Sediment and unsuitable water pressure can affect different components within a water installation. ROTEK PRESSURE combines a first stage of sediment filtration with the ability to regulate the pressure supplied downstream.

Installed upstream of the equipment to be protected, it helps reduce the amount of solid particles entering the installation while allowing the outlet pressure to be adjusted to suit the system requirements.

Brass Body & Robust Construction

The ROTEK PRESSURE body is manufactured from brass and combined with a 316 stainless steel filter mesh.

The transparent filter bowl makes it easier to visually check sediment accumulation and determine when maintenance may be required.

Its compact design combines filtration, pressure regulation and pressure monitoring in one unit, reducing the number of separate components required in the installation.

Operating Temperature · 10 to 70 °C

ROTEK PRESSURE is specified for operation with water at temperatures between 10 and 70 °C.

The specified maximum inlet pressure is 8 bar.
